At de Buyer, we stand behind the professional quality of our cookware and want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused cookware in its original de Buyer packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
